It was a great experience and service for a first timer trying out waxing. The process is well explained and fast. My skin feels very smooth and soft after the mermaid waxing. Will definitely come back again!
Berenice is one of the most understanding and chatty wax tech I’ve met. Friendly and extremely patient with my requests and questions. I won’t say waxing didn’t hurt but I know for sure she tried to make it as painless and comfortable as possible ☺️
